Returns and Exchanges at Gen7th

At Gen7th, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we make the return and exchange process simple and hassle-free. You can easily initiate a return or exchange by logging into your account and following the steps below.

How to Place a Return or Exchange

To start the process, follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Gen7th Account

Visit Gen7th.com.

Click on the “Login” icon at the top right of the page.

Enter your login credentials (email and password) to access your account.

2. Navigate to Your Orders

Once you’re logged in, go to your account dashboard.

Click on “Orders” to view your recent purchases.

3. Select the Order You Wish to Return or Exchange

Find the order you want to return or exchange from the list.

Click on the order to view its details.

4. Initiate the Return or Exchange

Click on the “Request Return” or “Start Exchange” button next to the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

Select the reason for the return or exchange from the dropdown menu.

For exchanges, choose the item and size you’d like to receive as a replacement.

5. Receive Your Return Label

Once you’ve completed the steps, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Print the label and attach it securely to the package.

6. Ship Your Item

Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location as specified on the shipping label.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it and notify you via email. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as we receive your returned product.

7. Exclusion from return policy

On sale items of 50% off or at higher discounts are non-returnable and thus final sale.

Additional Information

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange and ship the item back to us within the return window of 14 days from date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: You can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Shipping fee

A flat rate of 12.99 for shipping back the product will be deducted from your refund. 

For Guests Without an Account

If you placed your order as a guest and do not have an account, simply create one using the same email address you used to place the order. Once your account is created, you’ll be able to access your order history and initiate returns or exchanges.
