At Gen7th, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges. Please review our policy to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.
Returns Policy
You can return items purchased from Gen7th under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Final sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
Go to our RETURNS & EXCHANGES page, follow the steps and fill all the information required.
If you have trouble following that process, please contact us and follow these steps:
1. Submit a Return Request: Contact us at customer@gen7th.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Items: Package the item(s) securely, including the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Ship the return to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping:
• Domestic Returns: For U.S. customers, we offer a prepaid return label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a Gen7th error (such as a defective or incorrect item).
• International Returns: For international customers, return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received.
• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong item or defective product).
Exchanges Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, Gen7th offers free exchanges for U.S. customers. International customers must cover shipping fees for exchanges.

• Condition of Items: Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

If you have trouble following that process, please contact us and follow these steps:
1. Submit an Exchange Request: Contact us at customer@gen7th.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange, along with the new size, color, or style you’d prefer.
2. Exchange Authorization: After your request is reviewed, we will provide you with instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for U.S. customers).
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to us using the prepaid label or a trackable shipping method.
Processing Your Exchange:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will ship out your requested exchange item. If the new item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order at customer@gen7th.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will promptly work with you to resolve the issue, offering a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. Be sure to review product descriptions for any such indications before making your purchase.
